Job Description

Job responsibilities & requirements :

• Overseeing the end-to-end recruitment activities in meeting the line departments’ manpower needs of various areas and departments as per the approved turnaround time for the Company’s escalated growth.
• Proactively strategize and provide quick turnaround time for volatile workforce trends in food retail industry, ensuring the staffing needs of the company are being met on a timely basis.
• Ensure accurate and optimized use of recruitment tools, track hiring results, costs and insights with weekly reports and monthly analysis including analyzing the recruitment trend, turnover rate and retention trend.
• Encourage employees to be brand ambassadors.
• Build, lead, oversee and supervise the recruiting team.
