1. Stakeholder Management
• Support regional cybersecurity team in managing the relationship with the local business and IT team.
• Provide subject matter advice and guidance and be accountable and responsible in driving security compliance in the zone.

2. Cyber Capability & Change Management
• Support and manage local IT teams in Cyber topics related but not limited to Identity Management, Vulnerability Management, Risk Assessment and Security Awareness.
• Responsible for zone vulnerability management and reporting, work closely with Regional and local IT teams to ensure remediation actions to mitigate security vulnerabilities.
• Drive and deliver IAM process, operations and services, where applicable, to ensure up-to-date for quarterly user clean up and review activities in alignment with global IAM policies.
• Periodic review on cybersecurity related policies and standards to actively provide input on changes required to improve the zone effectiveness or clarity of the policies and standards.
• Support in security awareness program and track the effectiveness of the security awareness program on a quarterly basis.
• Support global initiatives and ensure that the project is implemented as planned and adoption.

About you

• A recognized degree or Master or professional qualification in Information Technology, Cyber Security, Risk Management or related discipline.
• 5-7 years in Cybersecurity or IT related solutioning / governance / program management roles (with 3-5 years in cyber).
• Certified with relevant professional body and security certification is an added advantage.
• Ability to operate comfortably within a complex cultural, global environment.
• Proactive team player and able to work independently.
