Responsibilities:
- Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
- Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction.
- Ensure all HR operations adhere to legal standards.
- Support staff and managers on day-to-day issues.
- Works closely with key stakeholders to drive talent management and talent needs locally to meet business requirements.
- Implements and standardizes the needed employee life cycle organizational processes and policies.
- Oversees and manages the end-to-end HR operations and business partner functions.
- Supports the Management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and recommendations.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Regional HR Manager or similar role
- Good knowledge of local labor regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Leadership abilities
- BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
- Willing to travel overseas
- Minimum 3-5 years managerial experience
