Responsibilities:

• Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
• Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction.
• Ensure all HR operations adhere to legal standards.
• Support staff and managers on day-to-day issues.
• Works closely with key stakeholders to drive talent management and talent needs locally to meet business requirements.
• Implements and standardizes the needed employee life cycle organizational processes and policies.
• Oversees and manages the end-to-end HR operations and business partner functions.
• Supports the Management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and recommendations.

Requirements: 

• Proven work experience as a Regional HR Manager or similar role
• Good knowledge of local labor regulations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Leadership abilities
• BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
• Willing to travel overseas
• Minimum 3-5 years managerial experience
