Job Responsibility - Responsible for recruitment for positions that are assigned by superiors.
- Job advertisement drafting, posting, prescreening interview, and interview arrangement with related
- department head.
- Responsible for new hire on-boarding related matters, arrangement, and related forms filling.
- Responsible for corporate social responsibilities activities.
- Assist in checking employeesâ attendance, verifying overtime, and leave applications.
- Coordinate with Admin Executive for employeesâ activities such as annual trips, annual dinners, gathering etc.
- Proper filing for all HR-related documents.
Job Requirements - At least a Diploma in human resources management or related course. (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply!)
- Prior experience in a recruitment agency will be an added advantage.
- Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words, PowerPoint
