As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at FastJobs Malaysia, your primary responsibility will be to drive our company's growth by qualifying potential leads through outbound prospecting and nurturing relationships for our sales team. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who excels at communication and is passionate about creating sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Prospecting: Utilize various channels such as cold calling, emailing, and social selling to identify and reach out to potential leads.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess leads quality and inquiries to determine their fit and readiness for engagement with our sales team.
  • Account Research: Conduct research to identify key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts, enabling effective outreach and relationship-building.
  • Consultative Engagement: Engage with prospects in a consultative manner to understand their pain points, challenges, and goals, and effectively position our solutions to address their needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to hand over qualified leads, providing valuable insights and ensuring seamless transitions for maximum success.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and facilitating efficient follow-up.
  • Mar k et   A w ar eness: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
  • Performance Targets: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for lead qualification, demonstrating consistent performance and contributing to the overall Sales team's success.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales development, lead generation, or telemarketing is advantageous.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets in a sales-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and persuade prospects effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility quickly.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a high level of initiative and resourcefulness.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, Pipedrive HubSpot) is preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Job Type: Full Time, Contract
  • Timing / Shifts: 5 Day Week
