Sales Engineer (Junior / Executive/ Manager)
Purpose of the position
The incumbent is responsible to perform day to day, planned and breakdown mechanical maintenance as required in safe and cost-effective manners.
Principal responsibilities
· Dissemble, assemble, install, align, test and maintain all mechanical equipment and operation units by using hand tool, power tools and test equipment.
· Perform physically demanding tasks and heavy duties related to fabrication, installation and maintenance, including work from ladders, scaffolds, and other complicated environment when required.
· Attend to machine at on call standby basis when required.
· Perform supervisory duties as required on maintenance related work performed by internal personnel or contractor.
· Assist maintenance supervisor in planning, scheduling and monitor work when required.
· Fully follow instruction and collaborate with supervisor, engineer and other workshop personnel in every job involved.
· Fully comply with all safety requirement, rules and procedures.
· Advise or acknowledge superior on potential hazards and defect. Seek permission before making any modification.
· Participate training an ensure compliance to assessment that conducted by supervisor, engineer or company

· Collects/Gathers market intelligence, keep track competitor’s movement and conduct analysis to improve business model & projection
· To ensure delivery of PSO and Business targets such as Revenue, New Wins, DSO, and Pricing
· Delivers and supports Product Service offers in line with Business Strategies
· Account Management and drive growth strategies for Distributor segment/key Accounts

· Drives improvement in the provision of products/services to customers

· Works with CEC and other functions to ensure customer complaints are addressed

Required qualifications/experience
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or any other related field
· At least 5 years’ related experience, preferably in Sales/Marketing background
· Experience and knowledge of the Industrial products market preferred
· Demonstrated success in leadership role
