Penerangan Pekerjaan - Senior Executive / Assistant Manager HR, Performance Management & Transformation

JOB PURPOSE

Implement and monitor the development programme for Corp talent to meet quality supply of future leaders and to implement strategic initiatives and effective processes in Performance Management & Transformation to support business needs.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Performance Management

  • Coordinate the new initiatives on talent management for the company. (day-to-day operation).
  • Ensure the performance management initiatives activities to be conducted in constant manner.
  • Ensure targeted communication and capacity building programs in the talent management process to enable managers to effectively evaluate and measure individual and team performance and to optimize performance and productivity.
  • Analyze and provide input on how performance management system could be improved in future.
  • Assist in monitoring the implementation of talent development programmes for Corp talent pool.
  • Coordinating Performance Improvement Plan to ensure it achieves the desired outcome.
  • Responsible in employee training assessment and recommendation for future improvement.
  • Undertake other such reasonable duties as required by the management and department.
  • Develop strategic management of performance evaluation cycle across Corp in accordance with guideline to ensure effective performance cycle for all Corp's staffs.
  • Identify areas for improvement to ensure an effective implementation of performance evaluation infrastructure and alignment between performance and business needs

Succession Planning

  • Develop and implement relevant career management programmes / initiatives to support the divisions in the efforts around talent and succession pipeline management.
  • Provide and coordinate career paths counselling and conduct retention interviews to engage and retain the employee talent pool.
  • Provide a work environment that is motivating identify high potential employees for succession planning and recommend development needs as required.

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or any relevant discipline.
  • Atleast 7-years of experience in managing Performance Management System or completed 2 PMS cycles.
  • Candidate must be willing to work in HQ Office at Damansara Heights.
