Supply Chain (Analyst)

• Generating ordering report with insight/analysis on weekly basis.
• Generate and validate out of stocks status and providing insight for ordering planner for better planning.
• Report and escalate supply risk issue.
• Preparing procurement report for management review.
• Collaborating with ordering planner to provide required information and insight to enhance planner decision.
• Managing and developing dashboard report.
• Manage on ad-hoc report.

; JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree ideally in Supply Chain Management, statistics or any related field.
• Language:Malay, English and Chinese (Added advantage).
• Minimum 1 years working experience in supply and demand planning, analytics, data, insights and strategy.
• Experience with statistical analysis
• Reporting: Build Dashboards, internal / external reports and present key datasets to enable all team members to efficiently and effectively monitor performance and prioritize their effort.
• Strong experience in finding data insights and provide business recommendation to the business.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and coordinate resources.
• Commercial knowledge would be an added advantage.
• Advance Microsoft office skills, SQL and/or other business intelligence. (eg : tableau/Power BI)
