As Talent Acquisition Executive , you will be mainly managing the full cycle of recruitment process, support on new hires onboarding and talent acquisition activities.

• Perform full cycle of the recruitment process including talent sourcing, screening, attracting, shortlisting, interviewing, conducting integrity check on shortlisted candidates, etc.
• Responsible for preparation and follow up on hiring documentations, i.e.: offer letter, personal file documentations and etc.
• Support on the onboarding processes, including conduct orientation to newly hired.
• Support on Talent Acquisition activities including employer branding exercises, internship, career events, etc.
• Prepare and submit recruitment related reports.

What you'll need to succeed in this role:

• At least 2 to 3 year(s) experience in the Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
• Prior experience in Recruitment or Executive Search firm is added advantage.
• Possess good screening and interviewing skill.
• Good communication and time management.
• Able to work in Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya .
