Position Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist fluent in Mandarin, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring talented individuals who possess the skills and expertise necessary to contribute to our company's success. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop strategic recruitment plans to fulfill those needs efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the organization.
Sourcing and Recruitment: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and industry events, to identify and attract qualified candidates, with a particular focus on Mandarin-speaking talent.
Interviewing: Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtually, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to inform recruitment strategies and maintain a competitive edge in attracting top talent.
Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing regular updates and feedback to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on sourcing and recruiting Mandarin-speaking candidates.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Fluent in Mandarin and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and methodologies.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
