Penerangan Pekerjaan - Talent Attraction Manager

The Talent Attraction Manager will lead all efforts in the end-to-end recruiting life cycle for full time and contractor (CEW) positions as well as ensure a strong pipeline of qualified candidates and a positive candidate experience. You will work closely with ervice line leaders to determine staffing strategies to identify, attract, screen, and recruit the right candidate for the right role.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage and responsible for end-to-end hiring processes in Shared Services to ensure a positive candidate experience and attract the right talent.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Develop and implement TA strategy and sourcing channels to facilitate fast-growing business and hiring needs across the Company.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to determine recruitment needs and job requirements.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels, such as job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
  • Manage the development and implementation of recruitment strategies, including job postings, employer branding initiatives, career fair, and social media campaigns, to attract and retain top talent.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions, professional organizations, and community groups to build young talent pipeline in fresh graduates & internship hiring.
  • Develop hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends and advancements in the field.

Talent Attraction

  • To support and activate Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and its associated creative platform across all content, career channels, touchpoints internally and externally in a relevant, and brand aligned manner.
  • Maintain a deep macro-understanding of recruiting, talent, and marketing trends with a micro-understanding of what motivates multiple talent segments to choose an employer
  • Create compelling recruitment marketing campaigns to drive branding exposure and awareness.

About you

  • Education: Bachelor Degree in any related field
  • Experience (in years): 5+ year of experience in recruitment with proven experience and track record in talent acquisition
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Foster an efficient, innovative and team-oriented work environment
  • Good command of oral and written English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially with Power Point
  • Strong hand-on recruitment skill and experience in employer branding
  • Business partnering and service-oriented mindset
  • Human acumen & interpersonal skills
