Role Title: Technical Business Analyst
Role Type: Initial 12 month and Extendable Contract through Optimum Infosolutions – KL, Malaysia
Job Location: KualaLumpur, Malaysia

Job Description (JD) • Should be having more than 7 to 8 years of work experience in the banking industry and have more than 4 years of experience working as a Business Analyst or a related field in any reputed organization.
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
• Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
• Staying up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
• Work closely with IT and Business Analysts to analyze and understand business requirements and translate functional specifications into technical specifications.
• Performing requirements analysis.
• Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency.
• Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
• Accountable for validating the functional specifications and clarify the same to the development teams for creating technical specifications and Support User Acceptance Testing.
• Identify the data mappings between source and target.
• Engage business users to identify the data items in source system.
• Provide any dependency on data attributes between source systems.
• Identify any data conflicts and create lookup in case of transformation.
• Review data mapping with business SPC to secure sign off.
• Provides / reviews detailed functional and technical specifications and ETL documentations required in each phase of the SDLC and complies with internal standards and guidelines. Key Skills / Knowledge and Behaviors (if applicable)
• Business Analysis with exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills, BAE Netreveal 8.2.
• AML and KYC knowledge is good to have.
• Good Technical knowledge on Oracle PL / SQL will be an added advantage.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• A history of leading and supporting successful projects
