Description -

As a member of the Poly Professional Services team, you will join a high performing team, with highly motivated individuals committed to provide world-class expertise on Microsoft and Poly products and infrastructure for our customers in APAC region.

What an Infrastructure System Architect does at HP:

1. Architect custom solutions of project and program or operational scope.

2. Architect reusable solutions of project or operational scope.

3. Customize reusable solutions of project and program or operational scope.

4. Capture and share architectural IP at the project and program level.

5. Lead the discovery, define the scope & level of effort, create the technical design, implement, validate, and transition to delivery/support of collaboration solutions.

6. Execute on the hands-on implementation of Unified Collaboration projects and be a “go to” resource for peers.

7. Envision, design, and deploy different solutions:

• Microsoft Teams Solutions with Direct Routing and Intune

• UC solution based on standard SIP/H.323 protocols.

• UC solutions hosted on-prem and cloud services like AWS, Azure, GCP

• Solution design and onboard Poly phones for Teams, Zoom and other providers.

8. Articulate Low Level Designs including Microsoft Teams features, telephony topologies, MDM onboarding, AD integration, directory synchronization, single sign on, Federation and Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) trunking.

Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, IT, engineering, related discipline, or equivalent experience.

• 5+ years and a proven track record in technology consulting, and/or experience in a solutions delivery capacity in a client facing consultant role.

• 5+ years’ experience in IT networking with advanced-level knowledge of TCP/IP networking, switches, routers, and firewalls.

• 5+ years’ experience with H.323 and SIP technology. Poly certification is a plus.

• Technical expertise in Public Cloud (AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure and Office 365/Skype for Business Online, Microsoft Teams), including Networking, Identity and Access Management and Enterprise Integration.

• 3+ years of experience implementing Unified Communications/Skype for Business solutions.

• 3+ years of Enterprise Telephony implementation experience.

• Deep experience with designing, implementing, and administrating Active Directory and related Windows Servers and components (DNS, DHCP, GPOs, CA, ADFS, SCOM, SCCM, Azure, Azure AD Connect, Security, etc.)

• Knowledge of Poly voice and video integration with Skype for Business/O365.
