🚢 Position : Customer Service (Freight Forwarding)

📍 Location : Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia

We are looking for a Customer Service professional to join our team in the Freight Forwarding & Logistics industry.

🔎 Job Responsibilities

1. Handle customer inquiries related to shipment, delivery, and logistics services.

2. Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment processes.

3. Prepare and follow up on shipping documents and related administrative requirements.

4. Monitor shipment status and provide regular updates to customers.

5. Handle customer complaints and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues.

6. Maintain good relationships with existing customers.

7. Ensure all customer requests and shipment information are properly recorded and followed up.

8. Support the sales and operations team when needed.

✅ Requirements

1. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Shipping, or a related industry.

2. Familiar with sea freight, NVOCC, freight forwarding, or logistics processes is preferred.

3. Good communication and customer service skills.

4. Able to coordinate effectively with internal and external parties.

5. Good attention to detail and follow-up skills.

6. Proficient in Microsoft Office.

7. Good command of English & Bahasa/Malay, both written and verbal, is preferred.

8. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
