Penerangan Pekerjaan - Assistant Secretary

Job Responsibility
  • Managing the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Organizing and prioritizing incoming correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Drafting, editing, and proofreading documents, presentations, and reports as required.
  • Assisting with travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics for business trips.
  • Preparing agendas and taking minutes during executive meetings.
  • Conducting research and compiling data to support decision-making processes.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and other departments on special projects as assigned.
  • Providing general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Adapting to changing priorities and managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role, preferably within the Food & Beverage industry.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Cheerful and positive demeanor with the ability to maintain a professional attitude at all times.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
  • High level of integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Mandarin language proficiency is a compulsory
