• Supervise and mentor a team of inventory to ensure efficient and accurate inventory control.
• Plan & conduct regular cycle counts, physical audits, and root cause analysis of discrepancies.
• Plan & conduct empty locations check program.
• Plan & running physical counting.
• Supervise daily physical & system transactions; ensuring full visibility, and that all movements are accounted for and accurate.
• Provide leadership and support to resolve any inventory-related issues. Interface with customer to resolve systems' discrepancies, and to regularly review inventory performances.
• Drive KPIs and inventory actions plan by working closely with contract manager and operation leaders on the execution and results.
• Follow up with customer's requests, feedback, or questions, and support expedited orders when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to facilitate efficient inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines in inventory handling.
• Identify & implement best practices to improve inventory management and processes.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends, potential issues, and opportunities for cost savings/ improvements. Proactively propose solutions to management.
• Coach the inventory team, a proper RCA to resolve inventory discrepancies and issues promptly.
• Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop and implement inventory improvement initiatives.
• Generate detailed inventory reports for management, customer, MBR/QBR, and provide strategic insights.
• Write and maintain accurate written procedures or other support documents for all inventory control processes.
