Cosmetics / Food Production Manager

Responsibilities:

• Optimize the production scheduling plan, match the resources needed to complete the production task, distinguish the priorities of the tasks, set the completion deadline and pay regular attention to the project progress, respond to accidents in time according to the updated content of the plan, and ensure the efficient and timely completion of the production task of the day.
• Responsible for daily management and supervision, allocate all kinds of resources in the workshop, conduct objective assessment, and seek to maximize the utilization of all the resources invested in the workshop (personnel, equipment, materials, tools, water and electricity, etc.), improve production efficiency and reduce production costs.
• Predict the risk points in the production process, regularly inspect the operations.
• Responsible for workshop personnel safety training and education.
• Responsible for workshop 6S management and inspection implementation.
• Responsible for decomposing workshop performance indicators, reasonably setting subordinates' performance targets, formulating corrective and preventive measures for abnormal running process clock problems, conducting monthly performance interviews and proposing reasonable improvement suggestions to complete the formulation of performance targets.
• Familiar with  ISO 9001, ISO 14001, GMPC and other related knowledge
• Excellent leadership skills, communication and coordination skills, teamwork skills, planning and execution skills

Requirement:

• Degree in Production Management, Quality Management, Logistics Management, IE Engineering, etc
• 5 years or above working experience in production management or equipment management in cosmetics or related industry. Production management experience in cosmetics or food manufacturing is preferred
• Understand production site management knowledge, safety management knowledge and quality control knowledge。
• Familiar with ISO9001  and other related knowledge;
• Good leadership skills, communication and coordination skills, teamwork skills, planning and execution skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, diligence.
• Must be able to communicate in  Chinese as stakeholders are mostly from China

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

• Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
