Job description:
Position Title Executive, In-Flight Food & Beverages (Alcoholic Beverages Inventory Management)
Reports To Assistant Manager, F & B .
Position Summary Inventory and supply chain management of alcoholic products to ensure consistent availability and compliance with company and regulatory standards. Additionally, supporting F&B to handle other tasks to meet organizational objectives.
Key Accountability - Inventory Management
- Collect, verify, and analyse stock data to ensure consistent stock supply.
- Monitor inventory stock, adhering to practices such as FIFO (First In, First Out) to prevent expired items.
- Properly store inventory in the required environment.
- Conduct goods issuance and goods receipt in the system, reconciling stock to ensure accuracy.
- Purchasing and Supplier Management
- Deal with international and local suppliers to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Ensure on-time payments to suppliers.
- Analyse and place orders based on demand.
- Logistics Coordination
- Collaborate with third-party logistics providers, including warehouses and freight forwarders.
- Government Compliance
- Ensure adherence to Royal Malaysian Customs Dept's requirements.
- Inventory Management for In-Flight Food & Beverages
- Support F & B Unit in daily operations
Qualifications - Diploma/Degree in Business Admin, Supply Chain Management.
- At least 2 years in inventory management
