Freight Forwerder Officer

Job Description

• Co-ordinate with customer/agent & follow up relevant documents.
• Follow up CIPL & related documents for custom clearance purpose.
• Follow NOA with liner/co-loader.
• Monitoring of custom clearance status & update to customer/agent.
• Handle for haulage/transport arrangement.
• Update shipment status & required information to customer/agent.
• Preparing invoice to customer & arrange payment to vendor.
• Complete job costing
• To perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior
• To carry out any other duties as instructed by superior from time to time.
• To perform any other duties as required by the Management from time to time.

Requirement

Candidates must have at least SPM education level.

Candidates must be able to speak in English & Bahasa Malaysia

At least 1-2 year working experience in related field.
