Junior Executive, Customer Relations Management

Job Description:

• Liaise with Client's Project representative in all project activities and to be properly recorded;
• Ensure Shipping Instruction issued by the client is correct and accurate before executing the shipment;
• Initiate shipment and open job;
• Check for special instruction on delivery as instructed by the client;
• Open floating file;
• Hand over file to Shipping Coordinator for operational work to commence from load port or point of collection or depending on client's delivery or shipping terms;
• Ensure that Tax Exemption/Bank Guarantee is applied to the relevant authorities before cargo importation;
• Prepare reconciliation report on all project importation and exportation, if any prior ends of project;
• Ensure that Health, Safety and Environment is complied and adhered to strictly;
• Ensure all jobs file are billed on time (at least two weeks after execution) and properly closed every month;
• Assist Account Director to prepare quotation and also to support initiatives by Account Director as time and environment warrants;
• Execute shipments once awarded by Client depending on terms of shipment.

Qualification

1.Diploma or Degree holder

2.At least 2 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics
