Responsibilities
Enquiry Management (Funnel)
- To reply to all enquiries in Funnel on a daily basis
- To check and assign applications received to correct staff members
- To check and assign personal tour or online consultation requests
- To update Funnel stages as and when required
- To manage and update all Events on Funnel, manage event registrations (including assigning leads to events), sending and scheduling of EDMs, confirmation emails and all replies to prospective leads
- Create and send Whatsapp blasts/broadcast to parents, prospective parents based on approved content from marketing edms
- To make follow up phone calls to leads as and when require
Agent Administration
- To handle all emails and enquiries from new agents for required documentation for agent commissioning and follow up
- To ensure all new agents and potential agents are updated into the Master Tracker, CRM and Student Management system
- To update the Renewal Sheet for Agents on yearly basis and assist in the process of renewal
- To prepare contract documents for all agents, follow up on the return of agent contracts and update Student Services on all approved agent contracts
- To send out all communications and EDM to agents via email, whatsapp based on approved content from marketing
- To manage commissions payout and yearly review for renewal of contract
Marketing & Admissions Administration
- Raise Purchase Request for marketing related expenses including but not limited to printed materials, teachers/learners requests and more
- To manage the marketing and admissions store, collaterals and premium items, including reordering, reprinting and sale of premium items online
- To update any in-school media channels namely LCD Screens (weekly), poster boards, notice boards with updates
- To manage preparation of marketing literature and bags for events, fairs, visitors and marketing giveaways
- To make follow up phone calls to leads as and when required
- To assist the marketing & admissions team during Open Days and marketing events including but not limited to food orders, logistics, ICT and facilities set up, registration
Others
- To manage termly withdrawal administrative work , eg: refund process, letters/certs and followup emails with parents.
- Back up for school tours
- To prepare certificates or any other documents as required by the team
- Conduct cold calling and surveys when necessary including but not limited to prospective parents database, corporates and more
- Any other job responsibilities, project or assignment as and when required
Requirements
Minimum Academic/Professional Qualification
- Minimum Degree in any / relevant discipline or equivalent.
Related Experience
- Minimum 3-6 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the education industry
- Experience working in a school environment is an added advantage.

- Possess a good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin. Knowledge of other languages is an added advantage.
