Position : Logistic Coordinator
Company Industry : Oil & Gas
Working Hours : Monday - Friday (0830 to 1730)
Working Duration: Contract with PERSOLKELLY until December 2023
WHO CAN APPLY

• Diploma holder and equivalent work experience, in an appropriate technical and commercial discipline.
• 3 years and above in relevant business preferably in planning, purchasing, procurement, logistic, supply chain operation.
• Detailed and organized in data entry, good follow up and tracking of inbound shipment status.
• Computer literate in MS Office, other software will be trained.
• Able to multitask but won't be extensively overloaded.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing packaging supplier PCA (Production Capability Assessment) - send out self-assessment forms and follow up on reply, documentation completion such as ISO and IATF certs, and scoring/assessment reply.
• PNCC - send out PNCCs to suppliers on complaints and follow up for reply to close PNCCs on time, follow up on production downtime claims, and update summary status.
• Canteen operation services - manage contracts and contract renewals, liaise with canteen operator on feedback and improvements, etc.
• Vendor registration - Raise CDD checks and ensure complete documentation for MD Team to perform vendor registration in JDE.
• Claim and complete streamline under PKI plant coordinator stage
• Complete JDE webtools and communicate to MDM for FPC item creation in JDE.
• SLOB Management - recertification follow up with raw material supplier
• NPI Project involve new raw material, follow up with supplier for sample, costing, lead time and etc
• Weekly raise order requisition for raw material
