Description

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the overall management of day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping of chemical products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and safe startup process.
• Provide leadership and guidance to warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety, responsibility, and continuous improvement.
• Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of warehouse personnel.
• Effectively communicate organizational goals and objectives to the team.
• Stay abreast of industry regulations and standards related to chemical warehousing.
• Establish and maintain relationships with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance and resolve any compliance issues promptly.
• Implement and monitor systems / SOP for the proper handling and storage of chemical.

• Assisting in planning and coordinating logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing and inventory management.

• Ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with regulations.

• Assisting in managing inventory levels and implementing effective inventory control measures.

• Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to resolve logistics-related issues.

• Assisting in analysing logistics data and generating reports to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Logistics, Supply Chain Management).

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in chemical warehousing or a related industry.

· Ability to patiently navigate challenges associated with a pioneer role.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with regulatory authorities.

-Able to speak Mandarin.
