Job Responsibility Delivery Schedule Arrangement
  • Coordinate with the logistics or transportation department to determine the most suitable delivery schedule based on factors such as availability of materials, delivery routes, and customer requirements.
  • Communicate with the delivery team or drivers to ensure they are aware of the delivery schedule.
  • Make necessary adjustments to the schedule if there are changes or unexpected circumstances.
Documentation And Record-Keeping
  • Maintain accurate records of all packing lists, title labels, delivery orders, and job sheets.
  • File and organize the documentation for easy retrieval when needed.
  • Update and maintain relevant databases or systems with delivery-related information.
Communication And Coordination
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as warehouse personnel, logistics, and customer service, to ensure smooth execution of deliveries.
  • Communicate with external stakeholders, including suppliers, shipping companies, and customers, to provide and obtain necessary information related to deliveries.
Job Requirements Packing List Preparation:
  • Gather information on the materials to be delivered, such as quantities, descriptions, and any special instructions.
  • Organize the information into a packing list format.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of the packing list.
Title Label Preparation
  • Create title labels or tags for the delivered materials.
  • Include relevant information on the labels, such as recipient details, delivery address, and any specific handling instructions.
  • Print or generate the labels according to the required format.
Delivery Order And Job Sheet Preparation
  • Generate a delivery order or job sheet that specifies the details of the delivery, including the materials, quantities, delivery address, and any additional instructions.
  • Ensure that all necessary information is included and accurate.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments or personnel to gather any additional information needed for the delivery order or job sheet.
