Penerangan Pekerjaan - Technician (Building & Facility Maintenance)

Inspection of Mechanical & Electrical equipment on a daily basis
Preventive planning on the future operations of equipment and defect rectification
Repairing and servicing of the air-conditioning system
Record and report all faults, deficiencies and any other unusual occurrences
Inspection, repairing & servicing include day to day operations of the car park system
Able to do plumbing & sanitary works assigned
Able to prepare/plan for material & pulling cabling for minor electrical works
Upkeep the store and maintenance room
Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time
