Account Officer

Job Descriptions

1.Responsible for the preparation of monthly management accounts and provide insightful analysis on variances.

2.Work closely with department manager and internal stakeholder (operation team, IT and HR) to prepare quarterly forecast and annual budget.

3.Support the AR, AP, Treasury, Fixed Asset and Tax team by providing relevant business information for monthly and yearly closing purpose.

4.Being a business partner to operation team to provide relevant financial analysis and commercial assessments.

5.Proactively challenge the current processes and develop business process improvements.

6.Liaise with external auditors to ensure compliance with matters relating to audit and other statutory requirements.

7.Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor from time to time and meeting deadline required by management.

Requirement

1.Degree in Accounting/Finance or professional qualification.

2.Minimum 5 years working experience in manufacturing companies/ audit firms.

3.Positive and can-do attitude, proactive, committed, and possess strong communication skills.

4.Able to do full set monthly closing account.

5.Have audit experience (preference).

6.Provide insightful profit & loss analysis.
