Account Payable Analyst

The applicant for this role will be part of an established Procure To Pay (P2P) department and will supporting the end to end Account Payable processing within the Australia and New Zealand region.

Description

• Receive and validify all assigned invoices according the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and aligning with organisational policies.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders such as business unit and vendors.
• Supporting the preparation of reports.
• Identifying potential risks or issues as an initiative to improve process efficiency.
• Resolve any operational issues or customer queries pertaining to invoices.
• Be part of an internal and external audit activities.
• Supporting the month end closing activities.

Profile

• Bachelors Degree in Finance and Accounting.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Account Payable or any related roles.
• Experience in Shared Service Industries is an added advantage.
• Strong experience in SAP.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Job Offer

• Contract: 6 Months (Subject to conversion to permanent or extension)
• Covered medical expenses.
• Flexible working arrangement. (3 days in Office and 2 days remotely)
