Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Upkeeping Accounts Payable process by verifying and processing invoices with appropriate reconciliation control
• Overseeing production BOM to maintain up-to-date standard cost. Performing periodic standard cost revaluation and analysis
• Assisting the production team in resolving any manufacturing activities issues that incur financial impact
• Coordinating physical stock count and preparing stock variance report/analysis
• Conducting inventory aging and grading reports and analysis following policy
• Advising Business/Operations in mitigating inventory holding risk
• Performing month-end closing and result in analysis versus forecast for improvement recommendation
• Working cross-functionally to prepare monthly forecast and annual budgets following strategic priorities and goals
• Providing financial analysis and ROI justification in capital investment request

Job Requriements:

• Possess a Degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent professional qualification
• Prefers 3-5 years of working exposure in a manufacturing environment
• Possess self-motivation to work with minimum supervision to meet the deadline
• Self-initiated to work independently as well as a good team player
• Computer literate and advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint /Word/Power BI
• Knowledge of ERP systems and processes will be an added advantage
• Good oral and written communication skills
