Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Assistant Manager (Manufacturing – Artwork) at Trio-Tech International in Petaling Jaya.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1) Lead a team of Artwork Designer to provide technical guidance in developing new PCB designs.

2) Responsible for training & coaching of new hires.

3) Monitor the team performance, identifying and facilitating opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency.

4) Monitor and report project status to Manager on regular basis.

5) Attend project meetings to discuss about project progress and issues.

6) Ensure that project deliverables meet customer expectations.

7) Propose process improvements to ensure PCB functionality, quality and reliability.

8) Perform project updates according to changing customer requirements.

9) Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager

Qualifications

• PCB artwork related experience and expertise
• Experience in operations management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• A degree in Engineering or a related field
• Prior experience in the related industry
