Assistant Warehouse Executive Cum Halal Officer

1. Responsible in preparation of all Halal certification application, monitoring the manufacturing process and provide advice and training to all manufacturing workers involved in Halal products.
2. Assist supervisor to maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including stock quantities, items description and location.
3. Receive inspect and store incoming goods and materials in an origanised & efficient manner.
4. Coordinate the shipment of goods, both incoming & outgoing, including arrangement of transportation and tracking deliveries.
5. Liaise with driver supervisor on truck arrangement.
6. Liaise with accounts assistant / officer for shipping documents, such as invoice or delivery order.
7. To perform any ad-hoc tasks given by supervisor or higher management team.

Requirement

1. Possess at least a Diploma in Food Technology / Food Science / Halal Management or equivalent.
2. At least one year of working experience in the related field.
3. Knowledge in GMP / HACCP and legal requirements will be an added advantage. ]
4. Able to work overtime and rotational if required.
5. Possess own transportation.
6. Can work under pressure and manage in the situation.
7. Can work in teamwork.
