Responsibilities

. Responsible as high-tension 11kV & 415V charge man. Prepare, plan, coordinate, implement & monitor the preventive, predictive, condition monitoring and breakdown maintenance of electrical supply & distribution, mechanical system and civil.

. Responsible for the operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of plant electrical facilities, machinery, and equipment to meet the statutory regulations, environment, and safety standards.

. Responsible to carry out high voltage and low voltage switching of electrical system.

. To carry out maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing works for electrical system, air compress system, water supply system, sewage system and etc.

. To comply with Suruhanjaya Tenaga of The Electrical Supply Act & Regulation.

. Responsible for conduct the electrical system audit. Plan, coordinate and implement the countermeasure and improvement activities.

. To supervise, check and confirm maintenance or repair works carried out by the maintenance contractors are done according to schedule, procedure, specification and agreed the quality standard.

. To enforce all the safety requirement while complying out all electrical maintenance works.

. To follow up and update on day-to-day operations of electrical and water supply section.

. To assist in troubleshooting of electrical equipment and to attend to electrical breakdown.

. To be overall responsible for the safety and proper operation of high-tension power supply and standby generator emergency power supply.

. Lead in facilities project by planning, design, construction, and maintenance of buildings and facilities.

. Responsible for managing budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

. Lead for inventory management at the Maintenance store. By using AX system and Microsoft Excel.

. Lead for all competence person such as Bag Filters, Sewage Treatment Plants, Wastewater Treatment Plants and ensure that all standards are followed correctly and precisely.

. Ability to liase with TNB, Suruhanjaya Tenaga, Jabatan Bomba, Syarikat Air Johor and other regulatory governing bodies to ensure compliance for air receiver tank, crane, fire-fighting diesel motor pump, etc.

. To perform any other duties as duly assigned by the Facility engineer or Maintenance and Facility manager.
