Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and seizing new business opportunities, creating and executing sales strategies, building and managing key customer relationships, negotiating and closing deals, and achieving sales targets - all within IT Consulting . The Business Development Manager will also be responsible for gathering market intelligence and providing feedback to the company's management team. The role is located in Petaling Jaya and we have 3 openings for the BDM position.

Qualifications

  • Sales, Business Development, and Account Management skills
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Experience in the IT Consulting & Contract Staffing industry is mandatory
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Experience working with diverse clients and cultures is a plus
