Open Position: Demand Planning Manager (MNC Food & Beverage Manufacturing Company)

A MNC Food & Beverage Manufacturing Company is looking for a Demand Planning Manager to lead demand planning activities to be based in Selangor.

Key requirements include:

1. Responsible to create a forecast that is used in key decision-making to drive the business forward.
2. Work with other heads of departments to develop a demand forecast that determines the shipment to customers in the future.
3. The demand forecast will represent the closest estimate of customer demand.
4. Perform analysis on historical data and events impact.
5. Manage replacement of stock and inventory at the optimum level.
6. Monitor customers’ order fulfillment rate.
7. Provide information to the supply planning department to ensure product availability.
8. More than 5 years of working experience in demand planning function in the food and beverage manufacturing industries.
9. Strong analytical skills and strong stakeholder management.
