Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or
• related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing leadership role, preferably in the precision industry.
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Proficiency in resource planning, budgeting, and cost control.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 

Responsibilities

• The Factory Manager is responsible for leading and managing all operations within the precision manufacturing facility. This includes overseeing production processes, ensuring quality standards are met, managing resources effectively, and optimizing efficiency to meet production targets.
• Plan, organize, and oversee all production activities to meet production targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and timely delivery of products.
• Coordinate with engineering and design teams to ensure smooth transition from product development to manufacturing.
• Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Allocate resources effectively, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to optimize production efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, policies, and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Promote a culture of safety awareness and employee involvement in safety initiatives.
• Lead and support initiatives for process optimization, waste reduction, and lean manufacturing practices.
• Implement cost-saving measures and strategies to improve profitability while maintaining quality standards.
