Position Summary

Role and Responsibilities

• Oversee the Field Force Management team and Training team for mobile segment.
• Involve in all internal and external trainings programme defined by team lead, RHQ or HQ.
• Able to lead, coach and develop the field force team, driving improved performance and capabilities in generating strong talents.
• Plan departmental/functional training budgets, forecast costs and delegate numbers as required by organizational planning and budgeting systems.
• Ensure all training activities and materials meet with organizational requirements and statutory policies, including health and safety, legal stipulations, general duty of care and employment laws.
• Review promoter attendance and merchandiser visitation verification with the team.
• Review POP placement check & guiding promoter / merchandiser to ensure placement with the team.
• Ensure the in-store display planogram is maintain, outset fixture, RIS compliance check and quality of promoter product knowledge & selling skills.
• Conduct visitation to Merchandiser occasionally.

Skills and Qualifications

• At least a Degree holder, majoring in Business Administration or any relevant courses
• Min 5 years working experience in the related field in managing field force or floor salesman
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Pleasant appearance, well groomed
• A people person, team player, organization skills, highly adaptable
• Strong power point and excel skills
• Fluent in English, Malay and Chinese, preferably 2 Chinese dialects
• Tech savvy
