Job Description

As the Finance Manager of the team, you are responsible to oversee the finance & accounting managers for the APAC region. Leading the team from the front, you will ensure that the team is aligned with the group business plans and lead the growth of the business here in Malaysia.

Description

• Possess a Bachelors Degree in Finance/Accounting and/or Professionally Qualified (ACCA, CPA, MIA, ICAEW and etc)
• Experienced in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, fixed assets, taxation and other related matters
• Well versed in Malaysia local legislation's regarding accounting, taxation, insurance and etc
• Regional exposure covering the APAC region will be an added advantage
• Responsible to support with integration and standardisation projects
• Ideally possess industry expertise in Oil & Gas, Energy, Construction, Property or other related fields

• Solid communication skills
• Equipped with strong technical skills in finance/accounting
• Analytical and equipped with good problem solving skills
• Self motivated, self started and able to work independently
• Strong time management skills
• Stakeholder management and ability to provide sound advice and insights
• External audit background will be an added advantage
