Job Description ・Collect, compile, and analyze HR data, metrics, and statistics, and apply this data to make recommendations related
to recruitment, retention, and legal compliance. ・Support recruiting processes with data and statistics for trends and patterns. ・Prepare reports of data results and present findings to management. ・Communication among internal/external departments ・Lead some projects( related to HRA, time attendance, work from the home system) to develop standards or
improve the existing operations procedure. ・Gather and disburse government labor statistics, new employment regulations, and labor laws. ・Manage employee database ・Lead labor service ( contract workers, foreign workers hiring and management)・Contribute to system decision-making, scoping, and arranging HR system projects in support of the overall HR
strategy. i.e HR projects
Salary 8000~8500 (RM)

Requirements ✓Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Mathematics,
Business HR Manager Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, or
equivalent. ✓ Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. ✓Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, a strong sense of figure, analytical mindset, good communication, detailed and
result oriented. ✓Analytic skills or some basic programming skills. (javascript, VBA coding) or Advance in Microsoft excel. ✓Preferably Entry Level specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent. ✓Knowing international trade would be an added advantage
