Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experience Manager to join their dynamic team. The role offers the opportunity to harmonization and the enhancement of business processes in the respective area. The successful candidate will have the chance to builds the interface between the Global Process Coordination, different Controlling functions, the IT-department as well as other business departments. This role is perfect for someone who experience in international projects and intercultural cooperation.

What you’ll do:

As Manager – Regional Process Coordinator, your primary role will be to lead key projects of the finance area with an international focus constitute a major part of the team’s range of assignments. You will have the opportunity to design new processes in the areas of reconciliation, documentation, testing and training, then further develop of the CO/FI-IT-system landscape. You are also responsible to train and guide other as well as perform analysis and optimization of existing processes as well as an adaption to change.

• Consulting of the regional companies with regards to the global Finance or Controlling processes in SAP.
• Interacting with MM / SD / PP.
• Accountable for larger projects may include people scheduling, performance management and make recommendations on complex processes.
• Other tasks comprise consulting group companies, ensuring the global knowledge transfer and performing training for controlling-related business processes.

What you bring:

The ideal Manager – Regional Process Coordinator brings a strong stakeholder management skill set to the table. You must also posses the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or a related field
• 5 to 10 years of accounting experience in a multi-national corporate organization
• Experience in Finance processes ideally based on working experience in a corresponding position.
• Strong SAP FI/ AM experience (including knowledge of SAP customizing); knowledge of CO/ SD/ MM or Concur is a plus.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written is essential.
• Willing to cooperate constructively, team player and willing to contribute to team success
