Mandarin Speaking Deputy HR Manager in Banting [SY]

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
• Proven 10 years of working experience in human resources, with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, and HR operations.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Preferred Language: English, BM, Mandarin
