Job Description - JR51285 Manufacturing Engineer:

Manage and introduce the implementation of lean methodologies and tool adoption across assembly/test/Module_SSD manufacturing.

1. Proliferate standardized Value Stream Mapping methodology to identify bottlenecks, key sources of wastes, key drivers to cycle time.
2. Define and support labor productivity analysis Touch-time, LMR, spaghetti charts to improve operator/technician efficiency and reduce operational errors.
3. Collaborate with functional experts in identifying areas of improvement through the application of lean methodology and tools.
4. Propose lean approaches to functional experts to identify areas of improvement.
5. Guide/oversee the adoption of lean methods in identifying areas of improvement.
6. Propose/Guide Kaizen Initiatives and Continuous Improvement Projects.
7. Serve as the key integrator between central and site functional teams in developing, driving, and communicating progress for critical lean improvement initiatives.
8. Ensure Lean team facilitates lean diagnostics and design of improvements, integrating key inputs from central and site functional teams.
9. Develop an overall view of critical initiatives and impact on key performance indicators.
10. Provide visibility on program status, including key milestones with clear ownership.
11. Trigger interventions to ensure programs are on track towards targets.
12. Support regular cadence on reports/meetings with senior leadership, including deep dives for weekly/monthly reporting and ad-hoc senior management reports.
