Job Description :-
Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and lead manufacturing team for production optimization, product safety and quality.
Oversee production run for timely and effective product delivery.
Monitor daily operations, report, and resolve abnormalities.
Implement cost-saving strategies and maximize resource utilization.
Manage and minimize production downtime and yield loss.
Maintain food safety and quality control in production to comply with relevant requirements.
Initiate and oversee production improvement projects.
Develop and update standard operating procedures.
Prepare and submit monthly production reports.
Conduct regular meetings to facilitate smooth communication and operations.
Responsible for continuous improvement in production output, quality, and waste reduction.
In collaboration with various department to ensure smooth operations.
Any other duties as deemed fit by the Management.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control
Knowledge in FSSC22000, ISO22000, GMP and HACCP.
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Biotechnology, Food Technology/Science, Food Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
At least 10 years of working experience in food manufacturing industry.

Salary: RM12,000.00 - RM14,000.00 per month
