Job Description: 

- Covering wafer sort, Final Test and Burn-In at OSAT/Intel- Drive product yield improvement with BU and supplier- Establish maverick lot on hold criteria with BU.- Assessing and disposing maverick lot when limits are triggered.- Drive maverick lot on hold improvement program- Drive excursion case or major quality/delivery issue- HVM test program and test hardware readiness checkout at OSAT- Drive sort/test operation stability at OSAT /Intel- Wafer/Final Test program coverage optimization- Contribute to Testability Requirements with the Design Team and Foundry to Influence Design for Test

Qualifications:

- Bachelor/Master Degree in Electronic Engineering- Minimum 5/6 years working experience in high volume semiconductor sort/test- Strong understanding and experience in silicon sort and test manufacturing- Experience in ATE tester, e.g: V93K, T2K and J750- Experience in Synopsys Yield Explorer or JMP will be an advantage- Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills- Good communication skills and able to interface/communicate effectively with all levels, business units and OSAT
