Job Description

- Optimizes productivity by designing, implementing and testing new procedures.

- Provides thorough instructions for successful implementation of process changes.

- Initiate and implement yield improvement project through process optimization. Liaise and coordinate with plant to implement improvement project. 

- Lead the Quality Change Process Checklist (QCPC) for new product transfer.

- Collect inline parameter data and on duty statistical process control and analysis in order to improve and enhance inline data controlling.

- Solve major abnormalities and continuously perform inline parameter monitoring as well as controlling and reducing material and chemical costs.

REQUIREMENTS

- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Engineering/Engineering Technology (Chemical) or equivalent.

- Candidate must be passionate to be an Engineer and show strong attributes as a team player to deliver project.

- Minimum 2 years of working experience - preferably in oleochemical industry.

- Excellent analytical, problem resolution skills and analysis skills.

- Competent person with CePIETSO/CePSWAM/ CePBFO license is an advantage.
