Production Executive

Key Responsibilities (Job Description)

1. Production Execution & Output Monitoring:
2. Plan, execute, and monitor daily manufacturing and automated filling lines to meet target output and fulfillment schedules.
3. Supervise technicians and production line operators to ensure efficient workflow and minimal line downtime.
4. Quality Assurance & Compliance:
5. Ensure operational compliance with ISO 9001, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), and Halal standards.
6. Maintain precise production records, batch manufacturing records (BMR), and supporting ISO audit documentation.
7. EHS, Safety & Chemical Management:
8. Enforce safety protocols, ensure proper handling of chemical raw materials, and maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS) accessibility.
9. Oversee risk assessments (HIRARC) and the correct usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) on the shop floor.
10. Efficiency & Resource Allocation:
11. Manage raw material allocation and line balancing to reduce waste and raw material variance.
12. Perform basic troubleshooting on production equipment alongside the maintenance team.

Job Requirements

1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Industrial/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering, Applied Chemistry, Science, or Manufacturing Management.
2. Experience: 2–4 years of experience in production execution, line supervision, or plant operations, preferably in FMCG, liquid cleaning products, personal care, or chemical manufacturing.
3. Technical Knowledge:
4. Solid understanding of GMP, ISO 9001, and Halal operational standards.
5. Hands-on knowledge of chemical handling, safety guidelines (OSHA/DOSH), and SDS protocols.
6. Soft Skills & Competencies:
7. Strong shop-floor leadership and operator communication skills.
8. Problem-solving abilities for immediate root-cause analysis on production bottlenecks.
9. Languages: Working proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
