Production Line Leader (Assembly)

Responsibilities:

· Lead, supervise, and coordinate daily activities on the PCBA and assembly production lines.

· Ensure production output meets daily targets, quality standards, and customer requirements.

· Monitor workflow, identify issues or delays, and take corrective action when necessary.

· Maintain proper documentation for production output, downtime, materials, and process records.

· Ensure operators follow SOPs, ESD procedures, safety rules, and housekeeping standards.

· Conduct on-the-job training for new operators and support skill development for existing staff.

· Collaborate with QA, Engineering, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth production flow.

· Enforce safety compliance and report any unsafe conditions or equipment issues.

· Support manpower planning, shift scheduling, and attendance monitoring for the assembly line.

Requirements:

· Minimum 1-3 years working experience in EMS, PCBA production, or electronics manufacturing.

· Good understanding of assembly flow, SMT/DIP processes, or PCBA manufacturing (added advantage).

· Demonstrated experience in leading or supervising operators in a production environment.

· Strong discipline, reliability, and commitment to quality and safety.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, learn quickly, and adapt to changing priorities.

· Physically able to perform production-related tasks, including standing for long hours when required.

· Good communication skills, with the ability to speak and understand intermediate English.

· Willingness to work shifts, weekends, extended hours, or overtime based on production demands.

· Basic computer literacy (production reporting, scanning devices, Microsoft Office, ERP/MES systems).

· Preferred candidate: male, aged between 19 and 30.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience in EMS/PCBA environments with exposure to both assembly and SMT/DIP operations.

· Ability to support root-cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining production records.

· Proven ability to guide and motivate production teams effectively.
