Primarily be covering Northen area(Penang,Perlis,Kedah) however may be required to support other states if there is necessity.
You will be working on a remote basis as there is no physical office in Penang. However you will be working in a normal working hours (Monday - Friday) (8.15 am - 5.30 pm) setting. However as this is a Sales role you will be expected to work extended hours as per the role requirement.
Principal Role:
Sales and After-Sales service for products and services (punching and bending tools, service agreements, spare parts, Software and retrofits). Overseeing the whole Sales and After-Sales product sales in North region of Malaysia.
Duties & Responsibilities: **
- Provide customer service support for company products and services to customers in assigned area.
- Visit customers to share and offer services solutions (all Services products).
- Represent company brand and provide support for representation at events, such as exhibitions.
- Coordinate promotion of sales activities.
- Selling (bundles of) services with new machines.
- Implement and support local market strategy in collaboration with Regional HQ.
- Provide regular updates to General Manager.
- Responsible in achieving sales target set by the organization.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and/or after-sales service, preferably in the machinery or manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends in the machinery industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Malay (both written and spoken).
