Technical and Design Engineer Design Team

Location: Based in Johor Senai.

• Responsible for directing all technical and sales support in the region as well as leading research projects on product specification or development in order to meet the needs of clients and maintain a premium market position.
  
• Generate CAD visualisations and conceptual sketches.
  
• Create design and construct samples patterns and prototypes for products.
  
• Support production engineer and design the manufacturing processes.
  
• Determine product assembly procedures assembly order and generate assembly instructions.
  
• Identify evaluate and choose supplies from vendors.
  
• Create quotations and timetables for their design elements with minimal assistance.
  
• Provide onsite technical support for production builds including engineering prototypes and NPIs.
  
• Manage operations in Johor Senai and provide support to other country manager.
  
• Dealing with distributions which is Hospitality Property Development and Airport.
  
• Perform ad hoc tasks as requested.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or any related field such as Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of working experience in construction civil engineering background.
  
• Ability to speak in Mandarin.
  
• Proven experience with using CAD software.
  
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and procedures of documentation.
  
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication abilities along with reporting skills.
  
• Demonstrate strong planning analytical and problemsolving capabilities.
  
• Exhibit hardworking multitasking proficiency resourcefulness and proactivity with a sense of urgency.
