Senior Account Executive

The Role

Job Description

• Handle full set of accounts, including monthly management accounts closing and reporting
• Collection report and confirm payments.
• To ensure the accuracy, completeness, timeliness and data integrity of all financial data.
• Liaise with auditors and tax agent and assisting in audit and tax queries.
• Ensure proper filing of documents.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as required by the superior.

Ideal Profile

• At least a Diploma/Degree in Accounting or other
• finance equivalent professional qualifications (E.g. ACCA, LCCI part holder, and so on)
• At least 5 years of working experience as an account using any accounting software
• Needs to have experience in journal entry
• Well-versed in Microsoft Excel (especially Vlookup and Pivot Table) and Microsoft Word
• Preferably working experience in a construction or Manufacturing Company
• Able to work independently under minimal supervision
• Willing to learn, responsible, positive attitude, and self-motivated
• Friendly personality, teamwork/communication skills
