Senior Process Engineer

In your new role you will: > Knowledge in thinning process tools such as Taping, Detaping, Glass mounting and back grinding will be take as advantage.
> Perform process engineering and production support in one selected assigned area of semiconductor process.
> Work as a team between Manufacturing / Mnt / UPE / LBS / Technology / Quality to resolve production and quality issues and reduce production line disruptions.
> Support tools installations as well as process & technology transfers to meet company targets, following standard process & tool release business flow.
> Perform FMEA, risk assessment of process changes, with proper process change management.
> Ensure the robustness of processes with Advance Process Control (APC), Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other process control tools.
> Manage recipe and procedural control. Develop and maintain process operation specifications as well as Out of Control Action Plan (OCAP).
> Initiate, coordinate and support excursion prevention, cost reduction and quality improvement projects.

You are best equipped for this task if you have: • Bachelor in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics / Microelectronics / Physics disciplines or relevant qualifications are required.
• 3 to 5 years of experience as process engineer in semiconductor industry preferable in thin wafer or carrier technology.
• Familiar with CIP methodology.
• Good analytical and data analysis skills.
• Strong communication and written skills in English.
• Self-motivated and team player.
• Innovative and work independently to drive technical projects.
• Worked in multicultural, high-tech environment project teams before, with project management skill set, and led development projects.
• Good expertise in milestone planning and corresponding release procedures.
• A strong analytical mindset with systematic problem-solving techniques.
• Demonstrated excellent leadership skills and ability to lead a technical team.
