Technical Support, Quality - Urgent Position

Summary of Position:

1. 
   Verify those lots inspected by End of Line (EOL) Operator
2. Perform Line Audit
3. Perform basic troubleshooting at EOL for Quality Engineer
4. Perform Autopsy for the failed parts to further investigate for Engineers.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Responsible to Collect & Verify data before sent to the report to the customer
2. Ensure the data accuracy and send out daily EOL reports
3. Able to perform basic troubleshooting based on the documents
4. Knowing the quality acceptance criteria in Visual Inspection
5. Feedback on the new defects to Quality Engineer with the required information
6. Understand the process flow and EOL audit flow and ensure the response plan is being followed
7. Capable of Perform Documentation.

Educational Requirements :At least a Diploma/certificate in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Manufacturing / Electrical and Electronic Experience:

1. Minimum 1 to 2 years in automated manufacturing industries
2. Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in auditing skill
3. Experience in documentation is an advantage.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to perform normal or permanent 12 hours a day or night shift
6. Required to support weekends, public holidays and if there is a long shutdown.
